Historic Whitlock Place was named the 2017 Outstanding Historic Preservation Tax Credit Investment by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Division (IDEM) of Historic Preservation & Archaeology,
Activities: Performed Phase I ESA, UST Removal, Lead Paint and Asbestos Survey for the purchase and reconditioning of the 100-year-old hospital into 56 apartments for the historic Culver Union Hospital located in downtown Crawfordsville, Indiana.
